Shambala Studios is a trading name of WELLYVENTURES LTD, registered in England and Wales, company number 17427365, with its registered office at 15 Aylesford Street, London, SW1V 3RY. We are the controller of the personal data described here.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we keep your name, email address and the details you choose to give us. When we invite you to the client area we keep your name, email address, sign-in times, and the comments and approvals you leave on films.

Why

We use enquiry details to reply to you and to prepare proposals, on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to a request you made. We use client area details to deliver the work we have agreed with you, on the basis of that contract.

Who else handles it

Our website and its data are hosted on our own server with Hetzner in Germany. Emails are sent through Resend. We do not sell your data, and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We set one essential cookie to keep you signed in and to protect forms.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to two years after our last conversation, and client records for as long as we need them for the project and our legal obligations.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by writing to hello@shambalastudios.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
